NEW TO THE STATES, IT’S FreeStep! In the interim, let me introduce myself - I am Ivan Paxton, owner of FreeStep. FreeStep is a modern partner dance, similar to swing - without the complicated footwork…hence the name “FreeStep”. It’s easy to learn and you can bring your own style to the moves, which is why so many people embrace this style of dance. I was a part of the popularity and growth of this dance in England for 11 years. After much planning I have made the move “across the pond” to bring FreeStep to the States. FreeStep is the easiest, most flexible, fun dance that anyone can learn and enjoy.
